Drawing from over 25 years as a business owner in the
Electronics Industry, Susan Sipe brings knowledge specific experience to each
client. After 15 years of running a
Retail Electronics store, she merged with an installation company which she and
her husband ran for 11 years. Susan and
her husband Mark have been consulting as a team for the last 5 years.
Susan gained first hand experience as a Salesperson,
Engineer, Scheduler, Purchaser, Accountant, and Installer giving her the unique
ability to identify and implement needed processes. Her goal for each company is to establish standardized
processes and automate with software so that time spent is efficient and
profitable.
As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Susan has a gained a reputation
for demystifying the System Integrators Profit and Loss statement. She knows the industry well and understands
how to properly track Sales, Deposits, Job Costs and Inventory within
QuickBooks. Susan is proud to have been
asked to speak at tradeshows as well as private manufacturer and distributor
trainings about the importance of processes and how they impact the company’s
financials.
