Has 25 years experience as a business owner in the Electronics and Construction Industry.  Together they have addressed the needs of their clients resulting in a Data-base Maintenance service called Prime Data Center (web-service) which maintains current and consistent data; a Budget generating software program called Salez Toolz that establishes a Project budget in the first sales meeting; and a (re-usable) Wire Location System called Xspot that locates buried wires in 2 minutes through 1 inch of wood accurate to ¼ inch.

Susan Sipe
Drawing from over 25 years as a business owner in the Electronics Industry, Susan Sipe brings knowledge specific experience to each client.  After 15 years of running a Retail Electronics store, she merged with an installation company which she and her husband ran for 11 years.  Susan and her husband Mark have been consulting as a team for the last 5 years.

Susan gained first hand experience as a Salesperson, Engineer, Scheduler, Purchaser, Accountant, and Installer giving her the unique ability to identify and implement needed processes.  Her goal for each company is to establish standardized processes and automate with software so that time spent is efficient and profitable. 

As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Susan has a gained a reputation for demystifying the System Integrators Profit and Loss statement.  She knows the industry well and understands how to properly track Sales, Deposits, Job Costs and Inventory within QuickBooks.  Susan is proud to have been asked to speak at tradeshows as well as private manufacturer and distributor trainings about the importance of processes and how they impact the company’s financials.
